TTV Billet Solid Lightweight Flywheel for Vauxhall Astra MK5 VXR & Zafira B VXR

This Flywheel is designed to replace the Dual Mass unit fitted standard to the Astra VXR, and other Z20 engine M32 Gearbox combo.

Weighing around 5.4Kg these solid units will liven up your engine considerably. They also do away with the terrible detached feel given by the dual mass unit, giving a more positive driving experience. They also won’t fall apart when you up the boost, like the standard ones do.

You must use a sprung clutch kit with this, it is not for use with the standard clutch kit. We sell the full range of Helix clutches which are recommended with this flywheel.

Please note that there will be increased noise/chatter when using a solid flywheel. This is completely normal.
