Standard Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.

We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

Please note :

– The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
– The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
– The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be processed once received.

Faulty Item/Warranty

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the apparent fault. In some cases we may require you to get a verified expert opinion on the fault, you are liable for any costs involved with this. We will then advise on how to proceed. If the fault is found within your 28 day cooling off period (from receipt of item) you can return it for a refund. If the fault is found after 28 days of receiving the item (but within 6 months), and still within the warranty period, you are not eligible for a refund. In this case you are entitled to a repair of the item. All repairs will be carried out by the manufacturer or an approved specialist. In the case that a repair is not possible, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available, only then will you be offered a refund. This is inline with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All warranty provided covers the part supplied only and does not cover any labour charges or consequential damages.

I received the wrong item…

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact is via sales@aemotorsport.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
